By registering for Atmosphere Unity Cup 2026, you agree to the following:
- Payment is final once verified. Refund requests will not be entertained after 5 July 2026.
- Cancellation due to natural causes (weather, force majeure, civic restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer's control): the decision will be taken on the tournament day. Any unspent funds at that point will be refunded on a pro-rata basis to registered players. Costs already incurred — including jerseys, food, equipment, trophy, turf bookings, and other pre-purchased items — are non-refundable as these are paid in advance.
- Age requirement: players must be 16 years or older by the tournament start date (11 July 2026).
- Schedule changes: the organizer reserves the right to modify the match schedule, tournament format, or rules at any time. Players will be notified via WhatsApp.
- Participation risk: players participate at their own risk. Players are responsible for their own health, fitness, and safety on the field. The organizer is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the tournament.
- Conduct: the organizer reserves the right to refuse registration, remove players, or disqualify teams for conduct violations.
- Media: footage from the tournament (including broadcast streams and highlight clips) may be used by GAMESWA for promotional purposes.
- Data: personal information collected during registration is used only for tournament organization and is subject to the GAMESWA privacy policy.
