Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the GAMESWA app and website, operated by GAMESWA Pvt Ltd ("GAMESWA", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

GAMESWA provides turf slot booking at partner venues, match scoring, player statistics, video highlights, tournament features, and player profiles. Filmed slots include recording of play; filmed areas are marked at partner venues and filming is part of the booked service.

Video capture and match footage

By participating in a GAMESWA-enabled tournament, you consent to being filmed during match play. Cameras are installed at our partner turf venues for the purpose of generating player statistics and highlight clips.

Match footage is processed by our computer vision pipeline to detect ball tracking, player performance, and key match moments. Raw footage is not shared publicly. Processed highlight clips are delivered to your registered WhatsApp number and may be displayed on your player profile.

If you do not wish to be filmed, you must notify the tournament organiser before the match begins. Participation in the match after being informed of camera presence constitutes consent.

Your account

• Sign-in uses your phone number and a one-time password. Keep your device secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You must provide accurate information. One account per person.
• Players under 18 require parent or guardian consent as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bookings, payments & cancellations

• Slot prices are shown at booking and are final at the displayed amount. Unless stated otherwise, payment is made at the venue.
• Cancellations are handled per the cancellation policy shown at booking. Venue partners may apply their own ground rules on site.
• If online payments are introduced, they will be processed by a licensed payment provider under these terms and the policy in force at that time.

Highlights, stats & your content

• Match footage, highlight clips, scoring data, and derived statistics are sporting records of the event. You receive a personal, non-exclusive right to view, download, and share clips attributed to you.
• GAMESWA retains the right to operate, display, and improve the service using match records, including showing scorecards, leaderboards, and tournament results.
• Don't misuse content: no re-uploading others' clips as your own, no editing clips to misrepresent events, no use of the service to harass anyone.

You retain ownership of your personal identity and performance data. By using the platform, you grant GAMESWA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your anonymised performance statistics for internal platform improvement and research purposes.

GAMESWA will not use your name, face, likeness, or identifiable highlight clips in any external marketing or promotional material without your prior explicit written consent.

Tournament organisers

If you are a tournament organiser using GAMESWA to broadcast or manage an event, you additionally agree to:

• Inform all participating players that GAMESWA cameras will be in operation and that players' data will be processed
• Display GAMESWA signage or communicate camera presence at the venue before matches begin
• Collect guardian consent for any participating players under the age of 18
• Not share GAMESWA-generated content, statistics, or clips with third parties without GAMESWA's written approval
• Pay agreed event broadcasting fees as per the commercial arrangement with GAMESWA

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the service; don't scrape data; don't impersonate others; don't use GAMESWA for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app, or by writing to info@gameswa.com. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

Sport carries inherent physical risk; play at partner venues is at your own risk and subject to venue rules. The service is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every ball is captured on video. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GAMESWA's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users via WhatsApp and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
